I'm stuck in Vancouver. I flew Toronto-Vancouver with no problems other than a splitting headache. I got off in Vancouver for a short walk then reboarded. When we were about to push back the pilot informed us there was a problem with a fuel pump. 3 hours later they tell us it can't be fixed that night, bummer. 3am Vancouver=6am Toronto, and Julia had no sleep... I may have had a slight breakdown at this point. haha. Air Canada got everyone hotel rooms and I ended up at the Delta in a lovely room. I woke up this morning only to find my flight was delayed again from 11am to 2pm. At least I had a nice view from my hotel room.
here's a couple pics from my lovely send off at the Jays game.

For good or evil?
Lately my blender has only been used for evil. When I say evil, I mean evil on my hips.
I can keep weight off all winter, but as soon as the sunshine hits it's beers on patios and wine every other night of the week, and those tasty as blended alcoholic drinks.... talk about vices!!
Tonight, I'm feeling a little under the weather I thought I would use my blender for some good. For dinner I made a smoothie, it was really filling and YUMMY!
ingredients
3/4 cup (175 mL) low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup (125 mL) skim milk (tonight I used vanilla soy! yum!)
1 banana
1/2 cup (125 mL) fresh or frozen berries
270cals, (+25 for using soy instead, oops lol) and it's packed with vitamin D! Bring on the happy.
